FieldCut is bought once, not subscribed to. No card is kept on file, so nothing is ever charged automatically.

A free week, no card. Seven days, one per email, one Mac at a time. Give a name and an email and the key is issued straight away.

Delivery is instant. The key appears on screen the moment payment clears and is emailed to you. Nothing is shipped.

Try it before you pay, not after. The free week is the whole app, nothing held back. Try it on a real shoot, then decide, since payments are final after.

Buying is in rupees, through Razorpay: UPI, card, netbanking or most international cards. One price, from anywhere, with no separate dollar price. The price rises on 1 November 2026, from ₹2,499 to ₹4,999. A key already issued keeps working at the price it was bought at.

Updates are free for a year from the day you buy. After that, the copy you have keeps working as it is, with nothing switching off or asking for money. Buying again is only for whatever comes later.

What a licence covers

What counts as a device?: One key runs one Mac at a time. Enter it on a new Mac and the licence moves there, the old Mac signed out at its next check, with no charge for moving.
Does a bought licence ever end?: No term, no expiry, and nothing here can lock a file or take work away. Free updates carry a date, one year, after which the app keeps working as it is. The trial is the only thing that expires, after seven days.
How do I get my key back if I lose it?: Go to fieldcut.hellodigitworks.com/key and enter the email you bought with. Every key issued to that address is sent again, only to the one that owns it.
Can I get a refund?: No. See refunds below for the policy and the two things we still fix.
Do I need to be online?: Not to sort. The key is checked online once, when you enter it. After that FieldCut opens and works with no connection, for as long as you use it. Only Drive folders need the network.
Which browsers work?: Chrome or Edge for full sorting and export. Safari and Firefox can view and flag, not move or copy. The Mac app does everything.
Do I get an invoice?: Yes, a GST invoice for every purchase. To address it to a company, send us the name, address and GSTIN when you buy. Details are further down this page.

Privacy

Local folders never leave your computer. FieldCut opens a folder, reads it, and writes the sorted result back to your own disk. Your photos and videos are never uploaded to us. There is no server holding your work.

Google Drive

When you open a Drive folder from a link, FieldCut reads the file list and Google's own previews. Those requests pass through FieldCut's server, and the preview bytes stream through without being stored. Nothing is kept afterwards.

If you sign in to Google, FieldCut asks for the narrowest Drive permission Google offers: it can only see and change files and folders it created itself. Exporting to Drive copies your chosen files into a folder named FieldCut in your My Drive. FieldCut cannot read, move or delete anything else in your Drive, and a folder you opened from a link is never changed. Its use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The sign-in token stays on your Mac. Our server relays Drive requests and stores none of your Drive files or their contents. Nobody at hellodigitworks can read your Drive data.

Your licence

Activating a key stores the key, the name and email it was issued to, a random token per device, and a device name (the browser or Mac it activated on), so one key runs on one Mac at a time.

What we do not do

No advertising, no tracking pixels, no third-party trackers, no cookies of our own, no selling anything to anyone. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What we count

This website counts its own page views: the page, the day, the country, and the site a visit came from. Nothing that identifies you, and your browser's do-not-track setting switches it off. The app counts nothing.

If FieldCut hits an error, it sends us the error message, the app version, and which screen was open, with every file and folder name removed first, so it can be fixed before you have to write in.

Who else touches it

Razorpay handles payment, so your card or UPI details never reach us. Supabase holds the licence records, and Cloudflare serves the site.

Keeping and removing your data

We keep licence records (name, email, key, and the Mac's ID and name) for as long as the licence exists. Message or email us and we delete them within 30 days of the request. There is not much to delete, which is the point.

Terms

What you are buying

A licence to use FieldCut with no end date, on one Mac at a time. New versions are included for a year. The software stays ours. The licence is for you and your team, not for resale or sharing outside it. The agreement is between you and hellodigitworks, whose full details are further down this page.

What you agree not to do

Resell, sublicense, or rent the software
Reverse engineer or decompile it
Share your key outside the team it was bought for

Provided as it is

FieldCut moves and copies real files on your disk. It is built carefully and asks before anything irreversible, but you should keep backups of important work, as you would with any tool that touches originals. We are not liable for lost data, lost work, or lost income arising from use of the software. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Ending it

A licence can be revoked if these terms are broken. You can stop using FieldCut at any time. Nothing renews on its own and payments are final. See refunds below.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

Refunds and cancellation

Payments are final. FieldCut is not refundable. A licence key is delivered the moment a payment clears and cannot be handed back.

There is nothing to cancel. FieldCut is bought once, not subscribed to. No card is kept on file, nothing renews, and no licence you paid for expires, so there is no billing to stop and no date to diary.

Two things are not refunds and we will always fix them: a payment taken twice, and a payment that went through without a key reaching you. For the second one, go to the key page: put your email in to have the key sent again, and if nothing arrives, put the payment ID from your receipt in the second box. That finds the key for that payment and issues it if it was never issued. If it still does not work, get in touch with the payment ID.

Seller and contact

FieldCut is made and sold by hellodigitworks, a branding and marketing studio in Surat, India, trading as hdw. These are the details for invoices, tax records and anything official.

Every purchase gets a GST invoice under this registration. Prices on this page are in Indian rupees and tax is applied as the law requires, shown as a separate line on the invoice.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, under its own terms and privacy policy.

Grievance officer

India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 require a named person to receive complaints. For FieldCut that is Swayam Bhansali, at hellodigitworks, reachable at the email and address above.

A complaint is acknowledged within 24 hours and settled within 15 days, as those rules require. Everyday questions are quicker over WhatsApp.
